Business Matchmaking
Discuss opportunities for meeting, connecting & hiring

Moving towards a post-oil economy, Oman’s GDP growth is expected to pick up in 2018 with the majority of diversification projects expected to increase job opportunities in the Country. The outlook is for jobs that will benefit the local national population along with an education system that produces those who are suitable for the job market.

Furthermore, efforts will be made to close the gap between the supply of graduates and demand of the local market, by including private sector jobs and encouraging those starting their own businesses. In this regard, most professionals realize the need for further collaboration between the public and private sectors to build sustainable employment opportunities and improve the Omanisation models that shape the future job market.

The OCF Business Matchmaking platform will provide exhibitors with opportunities to schedule their appointments prior to OCF, thereby allowing them to effectively capitalize on their exhibition experience.

Designed to support and increase industry collaboration, the matchmaking platform will ensure that employment, career, skills and training representatives from Oman’s public & private sectors who participate at OCF can identify databases, shortlist prospective leads and be matched with local and international organisations. Signed-up exhibitors can proceed to select the companies they wish to meet and accordingly meetings will be scheduled for them.
